“Primero Dios” means God willing, and it puts God first. We named the business after it because that’s the order we try to live in.
Our proposed mobile food unit menu centers on iced matcha whisked to order: classic with maple and oat milk, strawberry, banana bread, and a coconut cold foam drink.
La Colombe coffee comes ready-made, and the muffins and croissants are commercially prepared. No coffee brewing or baking happens on the mobile unit.

Maple, strawberry, or banana bread syrup completes each drink. Coconut Cold Foam Matcha is finished with a matcha cloud foam.

It’s a Spanish phrase that means “God willing,” and literally “God first.” We named the business after it because that’s the order we try to live in: God first, then everything else, including matcha.
